I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that works with adults that want to create change in their lives and relationships. My practice has two sides- my individual work with adults focused on trauma, depression and anxiety. I also work with recently divorced populations and individuals in a relationship with a personality disordered person. I have a deep passion for working with couples, particularly in navigating the complexities of infidelity and challenging relationship patterns. While couples therapy is often seen as a neutral space, and can be for the average couple, situations involving betrayal and toxicity can bring unique dynamics. My approach emphasizes a balance of accountability and empathy, guiding couples as they explore lasting change and their future together in a supportive environment. Entering therapy is not an easy decision for most people. I respect that and will do my best to put you at ease. My typical sessions have both laughter and tears, and a sense of feeling lighter of heart when you leave the room. Now offering a 30 minute Focused Therapy sessions for appropriate candidates. These sessions help those with less time to commit, clients with a specific event/emotion/skill they need brief support with and existing clients that need check-ins between longer, processing based sessions.
